HEALING YOGA – Healing Yoga offers a safe place for survivors to embrace positive affirmations, learn to breathe through difficult triggers, and through various stretches and positions regain an idea of inner strength and perseverance.
- Healing Yoga is typically the 2nd and 4th Monday morning of the month 9am – 10:30am. *Summer hours are 10am – 11:30am.
BOUNDARIES COURSE – When to Say Yes, How to Say No, To Take Control of Your Life based on the book and workbook by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. This program will help survivors of abuse to set physical boundaries to determine who may touch them and under what circumstances; mental boundaries which give them the freedom to have their own thoughts and opinions, and emotional boundaries that help them to deal with their emotions, triggers, etc and disengage from the harmful, and manipulative emotions of the past and others.

JUST BREATHE – Many survivors suffer from PTSD, triggers, and debilitating anxiety. This course offers various breathing techniques to help calm anxieties as well as a means to redirect the mind to a more affirming and peaceful state. This course is open to ALL as it helps those suffering stress related issues.
- We offer this course at least once a quarter. The next course is Saturday, August 13, 2016 10am – 11:30am.
HIDDEN SOULS – Survivor Bible Study – 5 week bible study course specific to survivors of abuse. The dates and times are TBD (Fall 2016)
